An energy-filled white blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon and skinsy Chardonnay. Tropical fruit notes of the Sauvignon are mellowed by the Semillon which gives length and body with the skinsy Chardonnay adding bitterness and texture.
The perfect wine to be shared with friends on a warm spring day. No sulphur or any additives like the rest of our wines.
• 50% Sauvignon Blanc from Sutherlands Creek, Direct Pressed fermented and elevage in seasoned barriques
• 30% Semillon from Sutherlands Creek, Direct Pressed fermented and elevage in seasoned barriques
• 20% Chardonnay from Barmera SA, 2 weeks on skins before pressing to seasoned barriques
• Wild Ferment
